Instrument Control Systems, Inc., Healy-Ruff Company, LLC and HRC Services, LLC have completed their merger and begun operating as one company.

The new ICS Healy-Ruff will continue to promote its system integration services under the ICS brand, while the Healy-Ruff brand will continue to be used to promote control products and applicaton solutions.  The HRC Services H2Ovation! web-hosted services will be re-branded to icontrol™.

The corporation will continue under the legal name Instrument Control Systems, Inc.
